How'd The Gigs Go?

How were they Phil? What were the crowds like? Any stories and/or pics?

The shows were good thanks Simon. We played the new song Hinterland at both Whelan's and Croke Park and played Hucklebuck at Whelans for the first time in 27 years.

My old school is right beside Croke Park. It was a special pleasure to sing Faithful Departed through the World's Biggest PA System in such circumstances.

We continue recording our new album just as soon as I get back from Japan.

Sounds good, Croke Park is a lovely venue only ever been there once for A All-Ireland football final Kildare Vs Galway, shit day we lost, great pics nice all white, Is Cait going with you to Japan or am I ruining a surprise?

Is that Jeff Kenna, ex-Ireland and Birmingham player or another rock star, me mum from North side Dublin, new Phill Lynott back in early Lizzy days. Possibly one of her sisters or brothers atteneded.
