Quite recently I bought the original 7" on ebay.co.uk. for about 4 pounds including p&p. It seems to pop up every now and then.

You could try here, Michaelo: http://www.djstore.co.uk/

I've used them in the past, and the service has always been good. And you don't have to be a dj.

Just picked up a beautiful copy of this 7" in mint condition. It arrived with the vinyl in a white sleeve separate from the "picture sleeve". The white sleeve does fit inside the picture sleeve. Just curious to know if the white sleeve was original or did my sender use good sense to use the white sleeve for protection of the vinyl while insuring preservation of the picture sleeve from sleeve split during shipment? Anyone know?
And I don't want no grave
Just throw my ashes in the field
And hope there's some soul left to save

There was never an inner sleeve, but do let me know if you ever figure out which is the front and which the back of the actual cover!

Well I would have to say that the side with your photo, etc. is the back of the sleeve. The reason I say this is due to the mechanical construction of the sleeve. I would never engineer the flaps that are glued down to be seen on the front of a sleeve design.

Oh, by the way. Love the dedication down in the corner on the "back" of the sleeve.

Doing the song was my Dad's idea. He was actually recommending it to Christy Moore at the time, while Christy was out in our house in Dublin, but I had a Eureka moment. Christy never did cover it.

I've now acquired several copies of this 7" so each of the girls can each have a nice souvenir of the guy who dedicated a song to them in Boston (the least he could do after "torturing" them). Now just waiting for a US tour so I can get them personalized hint, hint...
