oh sorry, james. i'm out to win the low and sweet orchestra cd on ebay today, so that next time i see you, i will not only know the correct names to the songs, but i may actually be able to sing along as well, accent or no.

We're trying to figure out something in May, at Molly Malone's again, which is a good place to play, at least the other bands sound good, and loud. Probably the latter half of May, but I'll let you know.

It's kind of refreshing being able to go on about the gigs one might or might not do, without some distant promoter getting the hump.

James, it seems to me that suddenly there's a flurry of shows from you this year. The last time I can remember you performing (other than at The Pogues shows) was on that brief Low & Sweet Orchestra tour. Were there shows going on that we just didn't know about, or is this a new return to performance for you?

Don't know about Italian, but it's an idea. I love the sound of Italian. I was looking at Yiddish the other day and that looks like an attractive language to do a song in. Barry Sisters maybe, I thought to begin with, but probably not, or something like Shtetele Beltz or whatever.

It's a Mexican colloquialism, so it's meaning and use might be different in other locales.

Chingada, is one of the few spanish words I'm familiar with and with good reason one might say. Clint ruin has a song entitled Chingada! All in Spanish. Meant as a joke.
