June 6 - HM Prison and Young Offenders' Institition Parc in Bridgend, South Wales, as part of Hay in the Parc. While not public, this event will be recorded by BBC Wales for a programme about Hay in the Parc to be broadcast June 26.
June 6 - The Hay Festival. James will be talking with James Walsh in the Big Tent at 8:00pm. Tickets are £7.25 from the iHay Festival web site.
June 7 - Reading, discussion, Q&A and book signing at Leaf on Bold Street, 65-67 Bold Street, Liverpool (0151 707 7747) at 7.00pm. Tickets are £5 from Waterstones on Bold Street.
June 8 - James will be appearing at the Dublin Writers' Festival (also at the festival will be Alain de Botton, Richard Dawkins, Mike Scott, Colm TóibÃn, Mario Vargas Llosa, Edmund White, Jeanette Winterson and more). James will be talking with Tony Clayton-Lea, doing a reading, discussion, and Q&A in the Liberty Hall at 8.00pm.
