just curious, what would be a reasonable bid on these items?

Well John,
Good luck to you, but from past e-bay bidding experiences, the heavy hitters haven't even shown their hand yet. Hours, or minutes before closing will be the time to worry.

I'm not in it to win it... and I guarantee you I won't. I'm what we used to call in the auction game "a puffer"... it's a tricky business but I'm basically going to drive the price up a little without winning the thing...

It is for charity after all...
