quick question: im new here and dont know, why did cait leave the band after the second album?

Washed dirty socks for the rest of the band members?
Check the bios at this site, BOAA. Read the sleeve notes of Pogues CDs. Read Lost Decade (linked from this site). All that could help.

Cait O'Riordan played the bass guitar and sung vocals on the song I'm a Man You Don't Meet Everyday, on The Pogues second album Rum, Sodomy and the Lash.

I always found the ambiguity the most alluring thing about her performance - like Marlene Deitrich wearing a man's tuxedo for the first time. 8)

Philip...you've recently had some gracious things to say about Cait. Should I assume there are no hard feelings about her departure from the Radiators? Or are you extending an olive branch?
