But if you look at the reunion pictures (the last picture) on http://www.spiderstacy.com/, isnt Spider and Andrew holding a glass of lager. Jem is holding some "mysterious black stuff"....

They do appear to be drinking liquids with color. The reasonable assumption is lager and stout.

Perhaps as a habit they no longer drink, but still have the occasional glass "for old times" when being social?

Spider has quit drinking - he drinks non-alcoholic lager such as 'Kaliber' which is made by Guinness. I was under the impression Jem still has a social drink - I know for sure his wife does!

Well I had a pint with Jem not so long ago, so there we are. Darryl too. Andrew and James enjoy a sensible tipple. Think only Spider, Terrence and Phil are the, um, quitters. Oh and Shane. He hasn't touched a drop since 1987.

Hey Guest - no offence intended - I think you mean to say 1997.

cheers Andy.

I always wonder who those guests are that come on here and obviously know us like the one above who went for a pint with Jem and Darryl. More of a passing thought really.

Hmm.......thinking about it, I don't think I have ever actually "gone for a pint" with either Jem or Darryl myself.

Well, that's what I was thinking. A dry martini on the terrace before dinner in the old days, perhaps.
