I have got a really good album shaping up and lots of brilliant musicians that i have known or met more recently have volunteered to play on it (No fucking Bono on my album) but i am a lazy bastard and so i have no idea when i will record it. Maybe 2007...In the meantime i have got a stack of dvd's to catch up with and Pro evolution on playstation and PSP. And about 300 books.

Haha, Spider, you sound like a funny guy :p

Just thought I should say that I think that Waiting for Herb and Pogue Mahone are totally underrated albums! Both of them are awsome!

Sorry for going off topic.

Is boz boorer gonna record it with you? It's trippy that you've played with him, I hope he's not as depressing as a morrissey sideman in theory sounds :) Also gotta like the Polecats!

Why this so violent response ?
I think you enjoy meet with the other members again for all those shows ...
Is it just that you want now to do something else, or is there another reason ?
Sorry for my approximate English ...?

Whatever you decide to do Spider have a happy and healthy time doing it.
If you play more shows ill come watch them ,if you make your album ill bag it.
As they say in Glesga--awrabest.

OK i wouldn't really rather stick pins in my eyes but i can see what making a new album would involve, and i fear it might be a case of too many chefs and not enough ingredients. I love playing the shows and doing the old stuff and i'm really looking forward to America but you've got to keep your feet on the ground, haven't you? Right, i'm off to drink coffee in the Seven Sisters Road now. Happy New Year.
