Spider on Arseholed on Cold Harbour Lane

Post Tue Sep 11, 2007 10:05 pm

This afternoon I was listening to an Alabama 3 bootleg called Arseholed on Cold Harbour Lane and noticed that Spider Stacy was name-checked on the live version of their track You Don't Dance to Techno. Bobby Valentino and one other whose name I couldn't catch were also mentioned.

As there was a whistle player and fiddle featured on the track I assume that Spider and Bobby were both playing, can anyone confirm this? Has Spider and/or other Pogues collaborated on any other Alabama 3 works or vice versa?
I ain't doin' no deal with the devil until he starts a loyalty card scheme.
