How do ya see Shane MacGowan now? As ex Pogue or still Pogue, as individual artist or sth else? Did making 2 solo albums(with the Popes) in afterpogues period made hem to become ex Pogue? Will we see 3rd solo album - sth loike "20th century paddy" or numerous gigs and touring with the Pogues in future period means Shaneo's coming back to where it all started?

Where is Shane at the moment, thats the greatest question!?

All the Pogues are ex-Pogues. 8 of us are current Pogues and, perhaps, future Pogues. We answer to most descriptions

I think the simplest way to explain this is that Shane is a former, ex-Pogue.

Did Shane ever recorded something for "20th century paddy"? I know there were talks about is a couple of years ago but nothing happened. Are there any demos perhaps?

Oi can't say oi've seen sth official but there was pretty good talk even about the name of new album.. there were 3 or 4 names:
"20th century paddy" "oi did it for oireland and for money" oi can't recall the rest now...

Further more oim pretty sure that the greatest Oirish punk rocker Shaneo always has sth prepared, so although theres nothing published on-loine, its very much possible that album is already made - at least oi think so, but stopping to work with Popes probably made problems etc. (all this is from me point of view, oi can't tell whats really happening).

Oi found it, here are 4 names that came up for Shaneo's new album:

1.) 20th Century Paddy
2.) 1st Irish Paddy-beat acid house album
3.) First Irish trad. Drum'n'Bass paddy-dub folk'n'roll album
4.) I Did It For Ireland, And The Money
