It is definitely Dutch, Mr Powerssszh.

Ich wolle aufstublieft ijsbergsla! - My only Dutch sentence, handy for salad-making, useless when asking for a doctor in Rotterdam.

There are some similarities to German it would seem. I am neither from Germany nor Netherlands, but I "speak" German (not a very good German) and the verbs are lookalike.

Ja, Herr Sober. Ich spreche nur eine kleine Deutsch auch, verzeihung. That's a fair assessment from what I know. There are significant vocab differences, but they do mainly seem to be dialect based - in spelling and the nouns as you observed. But what would I know? :wink:
