Slightly off topic but i've often wondered were The Pogues ever asked to perform on Jools' Later show since the reunion?

Assuming they were the main act and got three, maybe four songs, which would you pick for them to play?
Mine would be,

Sally Mac: Crowd pleaser and a great one to open the show.

Tuesday Morning: Show everyone there's more to the band than just "Punk fuelled Irish Folk" (Sorry, that's the other thread)

London Girl: James' accordian. Say no more.

Kitty: Encore.

looking foward to this as ive always fancied seeing jools holland playing his piano.. as for the pogues on his show they should play if i should fall from grace with god, fairytale of new york, body of an american and pair of brown eyes. and as for people saying shane will miss lots of gigs.. when was the last time he missed a pogues gig?

That may well be a philosophical question.

It's a great deal of trouble and it doesn't pay very well.

My dad sees jools holland every year. Perhaps on this occasion, I'll join him.

We seem to be going to go to one of these dates now. I hadn't been sure whether we would or not. Anyone else?
