I few months ago, there was a chat section with Dropkick Murphys' Ken Casey at Boston.com. Here's a part of it:

Q: *RockinTedSarandis
12:50PM Can the fact that Shane McGowan is still alive be considered the 8th wonder of the world (or ninth if you count Andre the Giant.)

A: Ken Casey
12:51PM I would clearly answer Yes. The fact that he's outlived Joe and Joey is nothing less than a miracle. When he sang on our record - a few years back - I had never seen a man so yellow. But he's a great guy and an inspiration. He'll probably outlive us all.

True or what?

Knowing the way things work, he's either gonna die tommorow, or live forever.
“An’ this is the last of Brummy,” he said, leaning on his spade and looking away over the tops of the ragged gums on the distant range.
