The Guardian has brought an exclusive FREE download of "Shane MacGowan" track HERE. (scroll down and search for "Shane MacGowan")

Something about the album:

The Legend of Yeti Gonzales is the UK debut album by Yeti, founded in 2005. (...) The album was recorded by Yeti in December of 2007, in Eastcote Studios, and released on "Get Up & Go Records". The Legend of Yeti Gonzales was released in June 2008; almost four years after Yeti were founded by John Hassall, following the breakup of The Libertines. It was reviewed in Gigwise and received 3 and a half out of 5 stars, with the reviewer saying "‘The Legend of Yeti Gonzales’ is a damn fine album to kick back to and enjoy in all its undemanding and straightforward glory." It was also reviewed by The Mirror, who gave it 4/5 stars.

And some comments to "Shane MacGowan" track:

Perhaps not the most obvious person to write a song about, however The Pogues front man provides good inspiration for this song. The song seems to be a little tongue in cheek but sounds great with kind of a rockabilly feel to it. A great fun song, I particularly love the lyric 'Put another log on the fire Shawn's gonna get much higher'. 8/10

The one throw away track for me is the awful Shane Macgowan, a pointless ditty that could easily have sat as an extra track like the Star Wars meets Muppets track that is tagged onto the end of this album (possibly called Stay On Course Luke).
