I'm pretty sure that, as it was once a legitimate download, that it must be floating around legitimately somewhere. Failing that, it is just the live performance from the Jonathan Ross TV show, so it may be available, with piccies, from a BBC site, or YouTube or something.
The matter of online copyright seems to get thornier by the year.

It's on iTunes. If you dont have an ipod you can just download it off itunes, burn it to cd, then rip it as an mp3.

iTunes UK and Ireland. I don't think it was ever made available on iTunes for any other regions.
