Anyone know the story behind the album title? Is it supposed to be some sort of cannabis reference?

"Who's Herb?
MANY thought right away that the "Herb" of the album's title referred to marijuana. Not so, clarified Spider, it's far more socially responsible. It's the name of a German cartoon pornography character."

I have an interview with Phil (if i remember right) were he says the book is written in three/four different languages which makes the translations hilarous. The band used to read it on long boring trips across Germany.
The plot: Herb is away on buisness and his two girlfriends are home alone lovesick, eventually Herb comes home and makes up for lost time.
