Damn straight. I've made a throne of them.
Incidentally, did you ever see this? http://photos.dzm.com/v/music/the_pogue ... S.jpg.html

yinan wrote:Oh, yes I did see that. Thanks for taking it and putting it up! I am not using it as my avatar currently because I think it is just entirely too funny-looking. Oh my god I didn't realize my face looked like that.

Yah but once you get it,you'll have it and all will be goodpogues24 wrote:This getting rather annoying!!! Amazon.com had me down as ordering two copies of the box set through caiman.com, I emailed caiman.com, about the other box set order, and then they went and cancelled my box set that was already in transit, I extremely pissed off!!!!! Now the order doesn't appear in the database!!!! I just ordered through amazon.com, they had three copies left, I ordered one-day shipping so hopefully it arrives tomorrow, Monday the latest. This is getting to be a very frustrating experience.

I'm a bit confused about this one - I've got the "21 Years Of Independent Radio" compilation from way back when and it is supposed to be the 12/12/84 Peel session version but it different from the one on the box set. For starters the older version is 2.43 and the box set version is 2.53, and the older version has a long drum intro. Can anyone clarify?
Yes, I spent an entire day trying to resolve this. The version on the box set is not the same recording as was heard on 21 Years of Alternative Radio One or whatever it was called. That was a simple enough choice - release the version that had not previously been issued, as there wasn't much to choose between them in terms of performance. But it's true that some of the info the BBC sent me with their recordings was, at best, incomplete (which is why no producers or engineers are credited - we asked the BBC constantly for months to supply them, with no result) and, at worst, inaccurate.
