I love Red Roses. And imho it's gotten even better in its new extended version. It's probably the newly released album with the best extras.
Muirshin Durkin and Whiskey you're the devil are just extremely brilliant, but so are most of the other songs. But I somehow love the way those two songs were mixed. Was Elvis Costello already the Producer at that time?
