Muirshin Durkin, Pistol for Paddy Garcia, Sketches of Spain. I'm leaving out Body of An American/Rainy Night in Soho as i think of that EP as so essential, i can't think of any of it as b-sides.

Whiskey You're The Devil, The Parting Glass, The Rare Auld Mountain Dew, South Australia & The Limerick Rake are my personal top 5 B-Sides.

A second shout-out to Paris St. Germaine, but my top vote goes to Body of an American.

A third. Amazing that such a lovely tune ends up "just" a b-side.
