Dropkick Murphys do the best Fields Of Athenry. TheDaniel might be familiar with a Brissie group called Tullamore Tree who do a kind of Thin Lizzy version (well, the intro anyway) and are a slightly embarrasing addition to my cd collection (unless I've already burnt it)
I wish I'd done biology for an urge within me wanted to do it then

It's on the CD Straight To Hell Returns (Big Beat/Ace) which contains all the soundtrack music from Straight To Hell by Joe Strummer, Pray For Rain, Elvis Costello and Zander Schloss as well as The Pogues.
