Now THERE'S a comment that coould be misread if I weren't a gentleman.

But seriously, 'ti an olden-days kinda CD with grooves that is 7inches in circumference, and must be played on a non-laser based sound system.
What you see in the digital picurograph above is an example of what is known in the trade as a novelty single. This one is shaped amusingly, features what looks like excellent printing, and features a fucking corker of a song. So, what am I bid ladies and gennlemenferthislovelyitemdoIhearonethousand? twothousand? twothousandandfittymillionty dollarpoundeuroyendeutschmarkroublekronerpobblebeads.........
Sorry, back again....Sally MacLennane in that form, wow, emmachizzit? (Oz fer how much is it worth, ould bean?)

not to split hairs, Fintan, but it's 7" in diameter (don't want to confuse him any more than necessary)...

I found mine on eBay, where it shows up every now and then. As always with eBay, the price depends on who else is looking. :)

Silly bastard I am... if it was 7" in circumference it'd be about the size of a business card. Yes. I meant diameter. That's what I meant to say. Yes. Cheers fer the heads up on availability, I just may go check Ebay..*shudder*

No reason to go elsewhere to see those. Here's where they got the images from:

Kirsty Maccolls "A New England " picture disc would go well with The Pogues A Pair Of Brown Eyes picture disc .Not sure why/ how Wales & Scotland got a look in though

Shillelagh Sisters also released one

SHAMROCK picture disc Pair of Brown Eyes

Post Mon Jan 21, 2008 10:46 pm

Sorry of this was previosuly discussed (no pun intended)
but
Is this a 7, 10, or 12 inch?
I only ask because I bought it off of ebay and the shipping charge between a 7 and 10 inch is a matter of $8 USD,
I tought it was a 7 inch. Seller is charging me for a 10-12 inch.
THanks

It is a 7", but a bigger than normal one. It doesn´t reach the extent of a 12" record, though.

At the biggest extent it´s 24 cm in breadth and 21 cm in length. (Sorry for not transforming cm into inch  )
