Most Overrated Pogues Song!!!!

Wow, pogues24 doesn't like Wake of the Medusa? I like it a lot, and the thunder sounds way at the end, just when you think the song is long over. But, back to the topic. I think Fiesta sounds like a total wedding reception song, although it is fun to watch live. (But Spidey needs to cut out the beer tray Whack-a-mole thing he's got going on with his head. He's going to give himself brain damage!)

Please don't put words into my mouth, I never said I didn't like any of the above mentioned songs, I just don't categorize them with being cream of the crop of Pogues songs. I don't think any of those songs are bad, I just tend not to listen to them as much.

Thanks Iain , (see above) Part of my problem with writing on this forum is the fact that I haven't figured out how to use the damn smiley faces and the quote function. When I try to click on those, my computer comes up with a description of the image, but not the actual image. So, I might come across as a bit bitchy 'cause no smiley face after the remark! Yeah that's true. But I think this is a normal thing for people who are not really into that particular band...for example people who don't listen to Johnny Cash surely know "Ring of Fire" or "I walk the line" or maybe "Man in Black" because they are so popular and well-known...but that doesn't make those songs bad. Well, everybody's got his own opinion...

I dislike "Tuesday Morning" to be honest...I think Spider wrote far better songs which are not so well-known...because "Tuesday" seems to be the most well-known song from the late-Pogues-era without MacGowan.
