'Fairytale of New York' has been voted the public's favourite Christmas song in a poll by music station, VH1.

It's the second year in a row that The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl took the number one spot.

Mariah Carey's ballad 'All I want for Christmas Is You' came second, with Wham's 'Last Christmas' coming in third.
