Ebay is always a good source.
I'd try some Popes next if I were you:
The Snake
Crock of Gold

Honestly, get as many as possible. Compared to modern pop music (at least, here in the US), Pogues stuff is fairly inexpensive (probably because The Pogues are, by comparison, relatively unheard of here).

As for some specific good albums:

"Rum, Sodomy, and the Lash"
"Hell's Ditch"
"Waiting for Herb" (sans Shane MacGowan)
"The Snake" (Shane and The Popes)
"Peace and Love"

Again, tho, you can't really go wrong with any Pogues album :D

Which Pogues Compilation Is best?

If you're going for a compilation, I'd recommend the "Ultimate Collection", because then you get the Live at Brixton 2001 CD as well.

I'd recommend this CD for a first...

It's great for a beginning listener but it's good for anyone who just wants some good tunes on a cd for a cheap price.

Here's a link to it on Amazon.
