BUYING THE REISSUED FAIRYTALE SINGLE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

I an informed that orders and advance orders made online at Amazon.co.uk qualify for inclusion in the UK Chart. That said, the people over at Kirsty's website are cautioning that large individual orders (more than 3 copies at a time) may be disqualified as this may be interpreted as an attempt to "rig" the chart.

Advance orders made before the release date (December 19th) will be counted as sales on the release date itself.

There may also be outlets other than Amazon which qualify for Chart
calculations, I'll post here if I find out.

So us foreigners should buy the single as three orders then? Oh and what's up with the vinyl version? It says it's the 87 release

I would say 2 or 3 copies at a time is ok, but do check what the chances are of Amazon getting your order to you in time for Christmas. My guess is they may try to dispatch Fairytale orders the Saturday before the 19th, when they will have stock in their warehouse.

Amazon do not appear to be selling the 7" at the moment, don't know why.

There doesn't seem to be any airplay here in Ireland. I have heard it played but no mention of the re-release. Any different over the water?

101cd.com lists the DVD as being region 2 only. that means those of us in the USA (and other places) won't be able to watch it unless we have modified DVD players, right?
