I was debating the meaning of Tuesday Morning, he says it's a break up song and I think it's not. Does anyone know the meaning of the song?

It certainly reads like a breakup song. What's your interpretation?

I'm thinking that he is afraid she might leave him as they are not together on Tuesdays morning, although she dreams about that. More about wishing to make it work than breaking it up.

Makes sense, though I read/heard those lyrics to be more about his thinking back, from Tuesday after things have gone badly, to Monday and being afraid things are going to go badly. Sort of someone wallowing in self pity and "I KNEW this was going to happen."
