Best of the Pogues album cover artist

Does anybody know who did the cover art for Best of the Pogues? This is the photo with a weimaraner standing there having just smashed through a framed photo of the Pogues. It looks an awful lot like William Wegman's photos so I was just wondering if he did that one.

Iver, I believe it is a Wegman photo. It has been a few years, but i vaguely remember at the time of its release a story about the cover, with the bitch's name - can't remember her name, but she was his favorite subject. It may have been an article in The New York Times Sunday Magazine. More research necessary.

Yes, it's Wegman. He also took the cover pic for
The Rest of the Best, featuring (presumably) the same dog.
