STREAMS OF WHISKEY CD

Has anyone got this live CD from a show in BASLE, SWITZERLAND in 1991. I actually think its a good CD but i'm sure i read somewhere that the Pogues tried to stop it being released or urged fans not to buy it. Does anyone know if that was the case???
