Some updates on formats including a note about USA availability:

The release will be available in multiple formats globally from Amazon and other stores. Available formats will be:

2 CD set featuring the entire concert
DVD (region free) featuring the entire concert, plus bonus performance of Thousands are Sailing in Manchester, 2006
Blu-Ray (region free) featuring the entire concert, plus bonus performance of Thousands are Sailing in Manchester, 2006
Limited Edition 3-LP vinyl (180 gms) with photo sleeve and liner notes
Limited Edition book featuring exclusive text and never before published photos, 2 CDs, DVD of the show, and a bonus DVD featuring two live performances archived from French television including the cult favourite les Enfants du Rock (Children of Rock) from 1986.
All versions of the release will be available on Nov 19, 2012. The Release is worldwide excluding the US (please see below)

US:

2 audio CD and 3LP set will be released in the US on 18th December 2012. But due to sync clearances for Video configs etc the DVD will be delayed there until 05/03/2013 for St Patricks Day) I’m still getting this clarified but I think this will be the case.

I decided not to take any chances that these lmtd edition items might sell out before they ever make it to the USA, so I just pointed and clicked on the first online service providers identified via this discussion thread. Hence, amazon.fr for the cd/dvd set, and hmv for the vinyl. Now, if anyone wants to sell me their lmtd edition signed Olympia poster, pls PM me... it's the one and only rare Pogues collectible that (currently) eludes me.

Do you have the link to order the vinyl handy?

It's probably this one, but I think I've seen the vinyl cheaper elsewhere, perhaps on one of the European amazon sites.
