It should have been nice if there was such a book set for the Blu ray, as it were for the DVD.

The "book version" is not for the DVD. It's exclusive to the 2DVD/2CD package only, and a reconfigured version of it appears on the inner sleeves of the 3xLP
If you buy the single DVD version on its own, it comes in the same sort of packaging as the Blu Ray and the 2CD do.
Try not to think of them as lesser packages, but rather consider the special editions as extra packaging, for which people are being asked to pay extra money.

When this SUPER-limited edition (2 CD's / 2 DVD's, with the Bonus material and so on) from what I understand will only be available from Universal homepage in France, how come that some here have ordered it from amazon and the likes? I would be very glad if someone here would
be so kind to explain to me how to order this limited edition from Germany, because I really do want to get it rather than "just" the normal version. Thanks a lot! (I'm a bit confused with the different items xD, and German amazon store isn't really up to date)

Some time back Philip said that the SUPER-limited edition would be available worldwide, not just on the French Amazon site.
