Interesting to see that the Paris gig is being advertised under the banner of the The Pogues 30th Anniversary. Can we therefore expect loads of 30th Anniversary goodies, e.g. live CDs?, the Box set leftover CDs?!, new CDs?!!, New Republican CDS?!!!
Or maybe just a 30th Anniversary UK tour...?

I'm sure our representatives will be merrily exploiting this somewhat surprising chronological fact with their usual combination of wit and commerce for as long as possible, but beyond the live DVD/CD from Paris, we actually have nothing planned ourselves at this point.

I appear to have been permanently banned from this site, I can only assume for the above post. Could one of the moderators please explain to me why? Kilmichael

You've been contacted by email.

Short answer is that you haven't been banned, but things ain't working right for you either. We're looking into it.

Hey Kilmichael, your tag line is Justice for the 96. Were you at the Mick Jones gig at The Academy? It was a brilliant night.

Sorry it's off topic, Mods.

Just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after you!

It does appear that there was some sort of unintentional banning situation, but DZM kindly sorted it out for me.

Hi Father, no didn't get to it, must admit that it passed me by. I'm just a (armchair) Liverpool fan who changed my tag after signing the on-line petition a few months ago. My tag also includes YNWA, which it has been pointed out to me recently could easily stand for 'You'll Never Win Again', which sadly could be true!
