Thanks for posting this! Hope some of you will take a look at this book...very grateful to Philip for his kind forbearance of our rummaging through his wonderful song for inspiration.

I hadn't seen the Pogues live since Berkeley in '89, with no Shane. The gear was all held up in customs, so they played on rented gear. The accordian showed up during the second or third song, and they had the wrong strap, so a roadie had to attach it with gaffer's tape...and they blew the house do...
