What time is everyone planning to be at the meet up?

I'm thinking we'll be ready around 3.30pm - 4pm but we'll need to find something to eat first even if it's only MuckDonalds. Made the mistake of getting to the meet up for the PC Testimonial too early without having eaten anything since breakfast and having a skin full the night before. :|

City playing today and Utd playing away at 1.30 tomorrow so football shouldn't have too much bearing on the pubs later on? I'm all too familiar with Mulligans on the other side of town, but have never been to O'Sheas.

Two Irish guys and one Australian girl, feel free to say hello if you spot us (not much to go on and not sure what any of us will be wearing) :D

Haven't seen me ol' Medusa t-shirt in a while. It's on the other side of the country so won't be donning that.

Also, any place to get a late (as possible) drink after the gig?

It's about a mile away, Rich.

We'll probably go to O'Sheas, but I'd rather go to the pub next door too (as mentioned in my previous post on this thread). We haven't really decided what we're doing yet.

I'll probably end up going to O'Shea's but I had hoped to check the pub behind the Apollo out as I used to go there before Pogues gigs back in the day. Just to see what it's like nowadays, you know. :|

So I think O'Sheas is the right place...

Watch out for 4 Pogues fans from Germany and feel free to say hello.

Think I'll be wearig my black Pogues Zip-Jacket with the PM logo on front

Were you at Stockton? From Peterlee /Ireland originally?

If so we had a laugh!!

Not keen on O'Shea's, there are better pubs to meet in surely.

Anyway, not sure what I'm doing yet. I have booked to stay over but still not sure if I've got Monday off yet officially.

So O'Sheas is the place to be before the Apollo? Or is it? 8) Any recommendations for post-gig revelry? Preferably somewhere that stays open fairly late. :D

Would be good to have somewhere with other Pogues fan to go to.
