You are correct in ID-ing the "chatter", but what I can't remember for sure is whether I took this from the "Turkish" demo or another similar demo of an RnB number (a MacGowan song, a sort of proto-Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah) with either James or Shane on organ, though probably NOT from the same "session" as "Turkish". In any event, your personnel line up for "Turkish" seems correct.
As we performed an early arrangement of "Turkish" on the Janice Long Show on Radio One in October 1986 (available on the box set), I think that indicates the rough song demo comes from 1986 also.
