I just received this delightful collection a couple days ago, most of these songs can be found on the box set or the remastered Pogues albums, but hey I'm a fan and a music collector. Please note that these songs are not for sale, don't want to violate the forum rules.

Actually, you're wrong about that. Encouraging people to take these conversations out of the public realm is exactly in the spirit of these forum rules.

i know it is forbidden to discuss such things in any detail on this forum, but thought i should mention that i have pretty much everything you just listed... but i manged it free from certain places on internet land (albeit not all at once). i would certainly not encourage you to PM me if you are interested in more info, as that would be a flagrant violation of the spirit of the rules.

Free? That would be the day. No I paid roughly about $50.00 for these three CDs, and he added the extra DVD, what a nice guy wouldn't you say? MissWalshy, I think his ebay tag was nobby....something. Sorry I couldn't offer you any other clarification.

Just received this today and let me tell you an excellent buy. The seller even included a DVD including The Great Hunger (documentary about Shane MacGowan). Also, Shane on the Frank Skinner show, Shane and The Popes live on the Conan O'Brien show in 1997, (promoting The Crock of Gold,) Shane and Sinead O'Connor's duet on Haunted, and finally two short documentaries concerning the making of Fairytale of New York.

I figured why not, however, the ever closer box set is supposed to have songs that are not even on these three CDs. Glued Up and Speeding, The Traveling People, and even NW3 are nowhere to be found on the three CDs I just ordered.
