Thanks for the kind comment. Now go buy it! It's actually selling quite well, along with my "Merry Christmas Everybody" by Slade, also on that website. I guess I'll do "Little Drummer Boy" or "Stop the Cavalry" next then I've cornered the Christmas song market lol.

My Ibanez acoustic got a good battering lol. Drums, bass guitar, banjo, whistle and accordeon all Logic Pro instruments. Piano and strings from VSL. If that means anything to you?

Here's the studio.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNfcC5fThnQ

Not bad, and nicely singalongable. I presume no actual instruments were harmed during creation?

Fairytale Of New York Backing Track

Post by steveshadforth Wed Dec 08, 2010 5:00 am

Hi everyone. As a musician and producer, I often get asked to produce backing tracks for bands and singers and I've just played and produced this in my studio. All legal and above board, publishing fees are paid.

I do a lot of backing tracks, but I'm especially pleased with this. Very seasonal. I hope you approve.
