Do they have a sight?

A couple of them use glasses, but... Ok, here it is: www.fiddlers.de. Not sure if there are any samples there, though, except for a dreadful live version of Tarry Trousers. Do not be frightened by it.

Thanks I'll check it out. :)

Can't say I was a fan, Johnny Jump Up wasnt bad. Bit bland on the whole though.

they are more of an easy listening type of band
one you would play for old ladies and children
its not the rowdy type of stuff that the Pogues are

I've got their first self-titled album, which is quite good. Highlights from that CD are "The Hills of Connemara," "Jonny Jump Up," and "The Leaving of Liverpool." They have more of a traditional sound, as opposed to the Pogues' trad/punk blend.

Some of them are working now, but others aren't.

Yes, they were. They're not too bad, but a bit too slooow for me. There are (were?) a couple of videos / snippets at their site, but it seems to be down now.

There are a couple of songs/tunes here, but doesn't seem to be working for me for some reason.

I have their "Special Reserve" album. I find them to be boring and inoffensive and flat.

I've got one song of theirs - 'She Was The Prize' - it's pretty good, I like it anyway :)
