And when MacRua throws a little acid into the mix - well, it's Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

What i meant was, I for one can't see anything with my eyes closed let alone the greatest band that ever lived.

You could shut your eyes at one of their gigs and think that you where seeing the pogues themself:

They must be good if you can shut your eyes and see the pogues.

I have seen the brogues twice and thought they where exceptional! You could shut your eyes at one of their gigs and think that you where seeing the pogues themself: They did not pay me to say that by the way!

That's way overpriced for a coverband. Our (Finnegan's Lads) price at this moment is € 200,-, but for international trips I think we should ask some more.

I E-Mailed The Brouges (a Pogues tribute band) about doing to show in London for my son’s 18th birthday, but they E-Mailed me back saying it would cost between £600 and £800 plus accommodation. Is that a rip off or is that the going rate? For tribute bands? Are they any good, I like The Pogues but I won’t be ripped off.
