S'funny innit? As I was looking through Derelict81's pics, and came across the shots of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, the words from the song 'Flight of Earls' by Bagatelle came unbidden to mind..."As we look on Ellis Island and the Lady in the Bay, and Manhattan turns to face another Sunday...". Again, great stuff from the Derelict81 household.

I love that song Fintan.

Thanks for the photos Derelict, brought back memories of when I went to New york for Paddy's day a few years ago.

Hey, It actually worked!
Just some photos of our journey to NYC. No concert shots...I left that to the pro's. Some were scans from prints, so you'll see a noticed poorer quality. I tried to keep it in order of the Travelpogue, but this was my first attempt at photo-sharing so don't be surprised to see some screw-ups.
I put about 70 pictures up. Hopefully, it works.

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Derelict81 for sharing their story. I've enjoyed living vicariously through your writing, and enjoyed meeting you both directly.

Good job guy, and thanks for doing it!

:) A really great read. Moving and fun all in the right measure... I loved it. Thank you very much to Mr and Mrs Derelict81 for all their road experiences, and to DzM and the Mods for the updates.

As a cherry on top of the cake, you can taste a bit of Blood n’ Guts, Bittersweet Reflections and other stuff in the last installments to Derelict's travelpogue.
Enjoy!
