I'm a little concerned about this as it was my wife - using her credit card - who ordered the tickets. But she's not coming to the show. I've used the pre-sale option for all the other Pogues shows I've been to since 2006, and am certain the tickets were mailed. My concern is that we'll get to the venue and won't be able to get our hands on our tickets. Anybody else had experience with this? I've e-mailed Artist Arena but haven't heard anything. Maybe it's an issue to take up with the Congress?

Take it up with Artist Arena, not the Congress, who will just bounce it back to AA. In my experience, it helps enormously at Will Call points to produce the credit card used for purchase.

Thanks for your speedy response, Phil. Having my wife's credit card probably wouldn't be an issue, but how sticky will they be about the photo I.D?

Mind you, it is said that married people tend to start to look alike...

Other Pogues ticket-buyers (I haven't been one since 1983) will have to advise you on the photo ID. My impression is that it's rarely enforced. You'll be fine with the confirmation email and the wife's credit card.

Just heard from Artist Arena. It's all sorted. See you on the 3rd. 8)
