HoB is pretty strict with the rules. I've gotten in with an iPhone camera, but anything more than that and you risk having to chose between your camera and the Pogues.
There is very limited parking around the HoB. There's a small garage on Lansdowne St., but God help you getting in, and getting out. There's lots on Brookline Ave. that may or may not be open. Public transit (Green line, Kenmore Station) is your best bet. If you have to drive, another option is to park at the Boston Common Garage (only $11 to park after 6:00) and take the Green Line outbound from Park to Kenmore.
