I know nothing about this listing, and am slightly surprised by it, but to be honest, Rich Socialite´s money feels as good in my pocket as yours does, better perhaps, as he had to do less to earn it.
It reminded me that in our extensive touring in 1985 and 1986, we did a few May Balls at Cambridge and Oxford which never made it to the official gig listings but paid extremely well. May Balls, for the benefit of our colonial cousins, are bacchanalian festivals where young students learn, for perhaps the first time, that they can´t hold their drink and are useless at sex. It was fascinating to watch, as another tuxedo hit the mud or another designer ball gown was shredded in the moshpit. These people, I would muse, will be RUNNING this country by the time I´m 40, what a terrifying prospect. And I was right. On both counts.
