Most certainly that would refer to you K. Dave/derelict, and "attractive," have never been used in the same sentence.
But if memory serves me correctly, I did wear my Medusa shirt that night in Vegas. And sparks did fly....the only show in the U.S. where I could have a smoke.

Hey! Are you talking about me or Derelict????

Yes, thus the reason for leaving my Medusan shirt at home for the Boston trip this year. I mean there were children present after all.

I wore it the second night at the Fillmore in October.

And didn't you feel more sexier then?

More sexier?

Well a couple of big burly men were winking at me most of the night. So I must have looked sexy. Can't say that my wife was that impressed however.

 Hey, my shirt must be defective. Can I get a refund?

I recall seeing you at two shows, and you were wearing your shirt at neither. I recall seeing Cdn_Steve in NYC, and he WAS wearing his shirt. At first I thought I was looking at a real, live, New York Fashion Model. But then I saw him a few other nights not wearing the shirt and he just looked like another dude.

Catchy sales pitch that Chief.

Traditional Pogues concert wear for me has been a 1967 Celtic European Cup Winners shirt with a number 7 on the back.

I did deviate a couple of years ago when Jr and I wore our medusa shirts a few times and met lots of medusans as a result. :P

No. Not Can. But Could, certainly.

Well ... Can, too. Sort of.

As a fund-raiser a little while back T-Shirts were printed and sold. It ended up being a pain (turns out doing actual commerce takes time, energy, a commitment to schedules, etc), so no additional shirts have been printed.

Strangely though I still have one available. A Large. Printed on quality American Apparel cotton shirt. It has some cat hair on it.

For the low low price of $25, plus $5 for shipping, it could be yours. YOURS! And you'd have the satisfaction of knowing that you helped Medusa to stay running for another couple of days, you showing your support for a band you love, and of course will automatically be more sexy too.

When I go to a show, I check out the shirts right away. I have been burned a couple times by going to the booth on the way out and finding the size I need and/or the design I want sold out. Sometimes (depending on how drunk I am), I forget altogether and hate myself the next day, so the merch stand is the first stop even before the bar.

If I decide to buy one, I put it on right there over whatever I'm wearing so I don't have to keep track of it during the show.

Three Pogues shirts in three years, all "broken in" at their respective gigs.

I'm completely bemused by all this t-shirt etiquette being espoused on this thread

It leads me to wonder if this is a US thing? Over here, the rule (amongst regular gig goers, all genres) would be wear as little as the law will allow you to get away with, cos 2 songs in you're going to be so feckin hot & covered in beer that clothes become an uncomfortable impediment to serious drunken wobbling in time to the music

Shorts in November and a sleeveless t is par for the course....

& any new purchases are safely threaded through a belt for the duration
