Could be Joey Cashman?
Personally I don´t like the sax that was included in many of the songs in 91. Haven´t listened to any of those shows in a while but I think If I should Fall or Streams Of Whiskey also featured a sax.

I've just listened to a recording of the pogues around 1991 and Repeal Of The Licensing Laws sounds great with the saxophone. As its a recording I don't know who's playing it (I would imagine Jem but he usually plays banjo on this song). But It sounds really energetic and the sax is just fantastic. Maybe an idea to do this again because it really is impressive...
