Hell yea, I actually really like Fiesta. I am suprised people don't. Awesome song to have at the end of a gig.

It's one of those annoyingly ubiquitous tunes, which is of course what attracted us to it/made us despise it in the first place. The only way to exorcise it was to make it OURS, I tell you, ALL OURS!

So Fiesta is the price we pay for Straight to Hell, basically.

Fair enough.

i love fiesta. it's a great party song!

I'd love to hear live in NY (but i'm sure quite doubtful):
Lorca's Novena
Lullaby of London
Misty Morning
Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah
Living in a World without Her
Billy Bones
London Girl

It´s not among my ten favourite Pogues songs, but it´s not too bad either. I like it, especially live.

And if you´d listen to this bloody awful German version just once, I´m sure you´d appreciate the original a lot more ... :D

Honestly I'd like a set list radically different from what we've seen in the past.

Keep the Sickbed of Cuchulainn and Dirty Old Town, but I'd like to see If I Should Fall From Grace With God, the Irish Rover, Streams of Whiskey, Fiesta (especially this, I don't think much of it), and so on dropped. In exchange, we could hear NW3, Aisling, the Battle March Medley, And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda, South Australia, Down in the Ground, The Leaving of Liverpool, and a lot of other stuff that's played rarely to not at all.

I'd just like to mention that if Birmingham is any indication, Dark Streets of London is a completely amazing live tune and it should not leave the setlist. Don't know if Shane's started remembering the words to Transmetropolitan yet, but I'd still love to see a good runthrough of that one.
