Trouble Pilgrim will be a very limited 140-160 gram color vinyl pressing - 250 in total. We should have them back from the plant in the next couple of weeks - once we have a solid date we can do a pre-sale. Copies will be availble from www.shitenonions.com and CDbaby.com a few other select places. Best source of info for the release is the Radiators facebook page https://www.facebook.com/radiatorsfromspace.

I was very pleased to find a copy of this live Radiators record at "Out on the Floor" in Camden recently. The poster was still inside, and that marbled-looking vinyl... it's a thing of beauty.

I was chuffed.

These things are often predicted but so rarely come to pass. These releases were put out specifically to acknowledge the vinyl revival. My advice is lose the wife/roommate/BF/GF/cat/dog and get yourself a USB record deck.

I thought you got the USB record deck and then lost the wife/roommate/BF/GF/cat/dog as a result .

But all you have to do is play a C&W track backwards and they all come back.

is there one of these that actually sounds good? i ask, 'cause my old dual is on the fritz right now, so it's the choice of fix or upgrade.

RADIATORS VINYL

Post by philipchevron Mon Sep 05, 2005 12:02 am

Rejected Records will this month release a Radiators LP and EP on limited edition vinyl. Vintage recordings from the 1976 and 1977 line-ups of the band, they have never before been released.

The album is THE RADIATORS LIVE AT THE KURSAAL SOUTHEND, DECEMBER 1977 and documents the final show of the 1977 Thin Lizzy/Radiators from Space UK tour. It will be pressed on yellow vinyl and is packaged with a free Poster at a budget price.

The 4-track EP contains the band's first ever studio recordings, from October 1976, and usually referrred to as THE MIDNITE DEMO. It features, among other things, the very earliest draft of "Television Screen" with different lyrics to the subsequent 1977 single and album and 2004 EP recordings. The session was done at Trend Studios Dublin and was produced by Jackie Hayden and Horslips drummer Eamon Carr. On the strength of these recordings, or perhaps despite them, the Rads signed to Chiswick Records before they had even played their first gig.
