[i]A who’s who of the Irish comedy and entertainment world played a major benefit gig, entitled The Entertainment Party Conference, in The Olmypia Theatre on July 15 1990. Money raised went to the Simon Community and a new ‘Comedy Fund’ to help subsidise improv and writing workshops for up and coming comics.
