Actually, there was a story on the news last night similar to this. A woman called the Barnstaple Police to report an erratic driver. The Police Dispatcher told her she had called the Barnstable, MA police, not Barnstaple England and that their response time would be "about six hours"! So, Barney, take comfort you are not alone!!
