...they've been mentioned twice on 6.30 tvnews in the last week, voiceovers. First during an interview with Neck (led by ex-pope Leeson O'Keefe) about new anti-racism single Everybody's Welcome To The Hooley, the second was about Gogol Bordello. The delightful Emily Maitlis described GB them as the 'New Pogues' ... or 'a cross between The Pogues and ...' I forget ... 8) 8)

Some time ago folk and your goodself on here were debating the merits of GB.

Well went to see them last night in Brighton and they were fuckin amazing.

If you get the chance go and see them. Awesome live band
