That's exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm sure it will be great. Based on my past performance, I'll be buying his latest shortly. And by the way, I'm glad that you guys picked him.

We got a very long list and a bunch of cds and press cuttings of all the people who had submitted themselves through our agent in the US and William Elliot Whitmore immediately stood out as a perfect opener. It's just him and an acoustic guitar, very cool and i liked the fact that he opens for a lot of hip hop and hardcore acts.

Spider -- I was speculating who might be the opening acts in the US, and now it looks like things are going public, so I wanted to ask you if you could share any of the decision making process in general, or if not, if you might comment on W.E.W.'s selection for many of teh shows. I noticed he did some recorning in London recently, so I'm wondering how you all stumbled upon him, and why he was picked. The reason I'm directing this at you is because you had a few things to say about support group selection a while back, and you mentioned recently tying up the last of teh opener business, which would have been right around the time teh Walkmen and W.E.W. came forward. (sick, aren't I?.. for following along on this so closely... I know)
